Love them or hate them on the field, The Collingwood Football Club (CFC) Australian Rules team is one of the most famous (and richest in history) sporting code clubs within Australia. Enigmatically led by Media Mogul Eddie McGuire and Club Captain Scott Pendlebury, Collingwood are using their stature to make a genuine difference off the field within the Australian community in a way that should be universally admired.

Ambient Lounge have teamed up with CFC and the Salvation Army to help donate furniture to their Mapgie Nest housing projects. Getting people off the streets, in comfortable surrounds and back on track with their lives is the aim of the project, which we are very proudly actively associated with. Like Collingwood, as a caring Australian company/entity we want to make a difference and give back to the community where we can.

Stars such as Collingwood Captain Scott Pendlebury (pictured resting up on a donated Ambient Lounge bean bag below) have lauded the project with a big thumbs up. Collingwood Football Club Foundation Ambassador and star player Dane Swan said, "The tenants will be thrilled with these beanbags... They’re so comfy. I might even have to treat myself with a couple for my place".
