SoLuxe is our premium filling option—a perfect blend of comfort, support, and longevity. It combines sustainable, hypoallergenic Dunlop Enduro®️ foam (crushed into soft, springy pieces) with our signature High-Density Ultra-Bead. This hybrid mix delivers plush, sink-in comfort with essential ergonomic support, maintaining the signature structure of Ambient Lounge®️ Gold Class furniture. The foam cushions beautifully, while the beads fill gaps and prevent sagging or compression over time. Delivered in waterproof bags with our exclusive zip-on funnel system, it’s easy to fill your product mess-free to your optimum comfort levels (you can adjust the firmness depending on your own filling preference). SoLuxe gives you lasting rebound, superior shape, and a luxurious feel every time you sit.

What is Ambient Lounge High-Density Bead Filling?

Our standard filling option is anything but ordinary. Ambient Lounge®️ High-Density Beads are ultra-fine, premium microbeads engineered for superior support, movement, and comfort. Designed to flow and contour to your body, they offer a flexible seating experience that gently cradles while maintaining structural integrity. These beads are quieter, more durable, and longer-lasting than standard beans—ensuring your furniture remains beautifully balanced and inviting for years. Delivered in a waterproof transport bag with our zip-on funnel system, refilling is quick, clean, and effortless. For everyday comfort with exceptional support, this is the gold standard in bead fill.

What is Cover Only? (I don’t need filling)

Choosing the "Cover Only" option means you’ll receive the beautifully crafted Ambient Lounge®️ cover without any filling inside. This is ideal if you already have suitable filling at home—from old bean bags or alternative materials like 100% foam—or if you'd simply prefer to source your own. It’s also a great choice for gifting on special occasions, allowing you to wrap and present the item easily. Unlike most Australian bean bag brands, we offer the option to add our premium filling later, purchased separately. Every cover includes our exclusive Funnelweb™️ zip system for quick, mess-free filling whenever you're ready.

We're going out on a limb here and calling the Ambient Lounge Space Pod the World's most comfortable bean bag chair! Sitting is believing with the two layers of smooth lycra that move to mould your body amidst billions of pre-filled microbeads. The stretchable fabric shapes and supports you with a feeling of blissful weightlessness. Importantly, it is designed so the second level of lycra is stronger and supportive whilst the top cover is stretchy, soft and supple. If moon-walking pioneer Neil Armstrong was here i'm sure he would say that the Space Pod is "a small seat for man but a giant leap in bean bag sophistication and comfort". Be quick!

  1. Avoid scratching the surface of the bowl with a scrubber – use a sponge or soft cloth and washing-up liquid to remove any food stains.
  2. Wash with warm water solution or cold water solution to sanitize.

SoLuxe Foam Mix Filling is a new type of bean bag filling by ambient lounge® that offers a revolutionary way of enjoying luxury bean bags. This is a mix of the ambient lounge® Premium Ultra-Bead Filling and high-quality hypoallergenic foam.

We’ve found a way to repurpose and recycle foam off cuts to not only be more sustainable but also to minimise waste.

By using SoLuxe Foam bean bag filling, you can feel a big difference comfort-wise. If the Premium Ultra-Bead Filling already gives you that luxurious relaxation feels, get ready to be blown away by that elevated level of comfort that the SoLuxe Foam Mix Filling can give you. How is SoLuxe Better Than Regular Bean Bag Filling?

With spring-like technology, crushed foam mixed with the bean bag filling creates resistance to settling You can enjoy the elasticity of the sofa for a longer time compared to using regular bean bag filling without requiring a top-up.

SoLuxe is a harmonious blend of crushed recycled foam & poly bead to create a 50/50 balanced filling solution. It is a combination of crushed recycled foam & high-density poly bead mix.

Air pockets surround each area internally creating resistance to settling. We source high-quality & hypoallergenic foam offcuts from the furniture & mattress industry reducing extra landfill.

Foam from existing products is recycled & crushed to create our SoLuxe filling solution. This reduces the amount of plastic that goes into our products. Foam has pockets of air between each layer, creating bounce & structure. With this innovation, the bean bag filling does not compress easily unlike Poly bead does.
