Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship to all states and territories across Australia using ShipX carrier-calculated rates.
Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and dimensions — so you'll always see an accurate rate before you pay.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or regional areas may require additional transit time.
Store Pickup
We offer a click & collect option for customers who prefer to pick up their order in person. Select Store Pickup at checkout to arrange collection. We'll notify you by email when your order is ready.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website.
Restrictions & Exclusions
- We currently ship within Australia only.
- Some oversized or bulky items may be subject to additional freight charges, which will be calculated at checkout.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for certain large items — please use a street address where possible.
