What is SoLuxe Filling?

SoLuxe is our premium filling option—a perfect blend of comfort, support, and longevity. It combines sustainable, hypoallergenic Dunlop Enduro®️ foam (crushed into soft, springy pieces) with our signature High-Density Ultra-Bead. This hybrid mix delivers plush, sink-in comfort with essential ergonomic support, maintaining the signature structure of Ambient Lounge®️ Gold Class furniture. The foam cushions beautifully, while the beads fill gaps and prevent sagging or compression over time. Delivered in waterproof bags with our exclusive zip-on funnel system, it’s easy to fill your product mess-free to your optimum comfort levels (you can adjust the firmness depending on your own filling preference). SoLuxe gives you lasting rebound, superior shape, and a luxurious feel every time you sit.

What is Ambient Lounge High-Density Bead Filling?

Our standard filling option is anything but ordinary. Ambient Lounge®️ High-Density Beads are ultra-fine, premium microbeads engineered for superior support, movement, and comfort. Designed to flow and contour to your body, they offer a flexible seating experience that gently cradles while maintaining structural integrity. These beads are quieter, more durable, and longer-lasting than standard beans—ensuring your furniture remains beautifully balanced and inviting for years. Delivered in a waterproof transport bag with our zip-on funnel system, refilling is quick, clean, and effortless. For everyday comfort with exceptional support, this is the gold standard in bead fill.

What is Cover Only? (I don’t need filling)

Choosing the "Cover Only" option means you’ll receive the beautifully crafted Ambient Lounge®️ cover without any filling inside. This is ideal if you already have suitable filling at home—from old bean bags or alternative materials like 100% foam—or if you'd simply prefer to source your own. It’s also a great choice for gifting on special occasions, allowing you to wrap and present the item easily. Unlike most Australian bean bag brands, we offer the option to add our premium filling later, purchased separately. Every cover includes our exclusive Funnelweb™️ zip system for quick, mess-free filling whenever you're ready.

Ambient Lounge® Zen Lounger - Aubergine Dream

You won't want to wake up from your dream when you fall asleep on this super soft uber-sized purple paradise cushion. You will fall in love with this super soft square cushioned bean bag because of the difference in fabric and tactility. Quite simply, we use premium open weave fabrics that make you want to hug your Zen close to your skin on a cold winter's night. The design of the Zen is just so flexible and versatile - it doesn't take up lots of space in the house but yet you can sprawl out full body to study or sit up straight to watch the TV. The natural colour scheme means it can go just about anywhere and look good. Use it as your reliable crashmat after a long day on your feet.

Care

 Care Tips:

If your open weave fabric thread becomes loose, simply cut it off. Do not pull it. Dust is best removed using your hand vacuum with the appropriate attachment. Avoid harsh brushing and sharp objects (rings, buckles, toys) as it may cause snagging of threads. To avoid your bean bag fading, it is best not to expose it to direct sunlight. For best safety, your furniture should be placed at least 50cm away from any heat source. During the first 3-6 months, bead filling/padding will compress slightly and may require top up. This is to be considered as normal wear and a good reason why you should use the best quality beads such as our Ultra-Bead. As tempting as it may be, armrests & backrests are not designed to take seating weights so please try to sit as conventionally as possible. To keep your bean bag furniture looks amazing, you should plump and shake it after use to the bead filling so the fabric will return to their initial appearance.

Washing & Cleaning:

The good news is that all of our interior fabric covers are machine or hand washable in cold or lukewarm water. Please always line dry after washing. Decant the beads using the Funnelweb System before washing and refill afterwards. For ease of care you may also spot clean most stains and scuffs using warm water or a high quality fabric cleaning kit. Fabric protection kits are also encouraged such as 3M Scotch Guard.

Repairs and Warranty:

Like anything in life problems can occasionally occur. If seam splits or tearing occurs with reasonable wear and time - please check with our Australian team if that is covered under statutory warranty. You may email our friendly team with photos of the problem plus proof of purchase on info@ambientlounge.com.au or call 1300 707 121. (Most small faults or tears are also easily repairable)
